That is why we are particularly pleased that we have once again been named one of Germany's best employers in 2022. It is a great honour for the Matthäi Group to have been chosen as one of Germany's best employers. The appointment was made on the basis of a representative survey conducted by the national daily newspaper DIE WELT after evaluating extensive data collected and after analysis by a renowned panel of experts. In addition to this great distinction, the Matthäi Group was awarded the rating "Very High Attractiveness". This means that as an employer we are particularly authentic, credible and employee-friendly.
What makes this success additionally special for us is the fact that our Group's attitude and values are not determined from the top, but have been lived naturally from within over the past 90 years or so. Thus, we owe this outstanding success to our employees themselves. That's why the award is confirmation for us that the team spirit, mutual respect and the high standards we set ourselves are the right way to achieve something together. And we will continue to follow this path successfully in the future.
